We back our products with a 14-day warranty covering manufacturing defects, damage on delivery (reported within 48 hours), and factory faults. Issues outside of this—like accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear—aren’t covered.
If a product is faulty, we’ll assess it and decide whether to repair, replace, or return it (at your cost). Return freight must be paid within 14 days after approval.
